Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only for work you are authorized to process. You are responsible for activity within your workspace and for the people you permit to access it.

The service

Agency Guardrail provides review tools for scope requests and form submissions. The service can classify information, surface evidence, prepare drafts, and hold records for review. You remain responsible for final decisions, client communications, contract interpretation, lead delivery, and compliance with your own agreements and notices.

AI output

Automated assessments can be incomplete, uncertain, or incorrect. They do not provide legal advice and must be reviewed before you rely on them or send a client communication. Form Guard is not a guarantee that every unwanted message will be detected or that every legitimate inquiry will be classified correctly.

Your data and permissions

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You give us the permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display it for the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that information and connect each client form or system.

If you connect Gmail, you authorize read only access for the features you choose. You can remove that authorization through your Google account and can contact support to request deletion of stored connection data.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. Prices and plan limits appear before checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless law requires a different result. Fees already charged are not refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, probe systems without permission, send abusive traffic, or process information you are not authorized to handle. We can limit or suspend access when needed to protect the service or others.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Agency Guardrail during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms and will publish the current effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@agencyguardrail.com.
