Which plan should I choose?

Starter, Studio, and Agency are Scope Guard subscriptions. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of scope checks. Form Guard is a separate done for you service, priced by site and setup needs.

Is Form Guard included in the Scope Guard plans?

No. Form Guard is a separately priced service. We review your agency website, handle a supported connection, run labeled tests, and begin in observation mode. The starting offer is for one agency website and is subject to a compatibility review.

Does Scope Guard make decisions for my clients?

Scope Guard compares the request with your agreement and prepares an assessment and reply draft. You review the evidence, choose the outcome and approve any change order. It never sends client messages automatically.

What happens to a blocked form submission?

In protection mode, suspected spam stays out of the delivery queue and remains available in recoverable quarantine. You can review and release it. New sources start in observation mode so you can evaluate decisions first.

What happens when the AI is uncertain?

Uncertainty stays visible. Scope Guard shows the supporting agreement evidence. Form Guard preserves uncertain submissions for agency review rather than silently treating them as unwanted.

Can I use this for my agency’s clients?

Scope Guard helps organize client agreements, projects, and requests. The initial Form Guard service is designed to protect your agency’s own website. Client website setup is not included in that starting offer and must be assessed separately.

What happens when I reach a plan limit?

There are no automatic overage charges. New Scope Guard checks pause when the monthly allowance is reached. Form Guard is separately scoped and is not metered by the Scope Guard subscription tiers.
